Psychologist – Telehealth Therapy (at least 2 days per week)

We are an Australia-wide telehealth clinic dedicated to neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA+ inclusive practice. We support mostly neurodivergent adults, with a therapy approach that involves co-creating goals and approaches that reflect each client’s unique needs and preferences.

The following traits align with our company values at TNNC:

Adaptable: You adjust pacing, language, tools, and structure based on the client’s presentation that day. You’re comfortable letting go of a planned agenda if the client needs something different.

Collaborative: You centre the client’s voice and goals. You work as part of a team, valuing shared problem-solving, professional supervision, and multidisciplinary input.

Reflective: You seek and respond to feedback, reflect on power and privilege in your work, and engage in supervision to deepen your practice. You display cultural humility and seek professional learning regularly.

Grounded: You offer steadiness and clarity that helps clients feel safe and seen. You are predictable and consistent with clients, approaching their care with an ‘unflappable’ energy.

Affirming: You tailor sessions to sensory, communication, and emotional needs, validating each client’s lived experience and self-knowledge. You adapt therapeutic models to meet clients where they are, not where the textbook says they should be.

Warm: You bring a calming presence to sessions: attuned, gentle, and present. You hold space for clients with compassion, even in difficult moments.

Connection & Support

Because we’re a remote team, feeling connected matters deeply. As Director, I (Esther) prioritise this by offering monthly individual wellbeing check-ins, monthly peer supervision meetings, and an open door (and inbox) for debriefs, chats, and spontaneous support whenever it’s needed. I started this business as an 'anti-burnout' measure - TNNC is a space where clinicians can feel well, satisfied, and supported in their work.

What You’ll Bring
