We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all our clients. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Offered
Our clinic offers a range of services, including individual therapy, supervision, training, and assessments. All services are provided by qualified psychologists who adhere to professional standards and ethics.

2. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All information shared during sessions is confidential, except in circumstances where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others, or if subpoenaed).

3. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments are made online, via the Zanda Portal. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are able to attend at the scheduled time.

4. Service limitations
We are not a crisis service and cannot provide urgent or immediate support. We are also not able to provide the following services:

Forensic, family court, or other court-related services.

Urgent crisis intervention or support for those who are actively suicidal

Medicare Eating Disorder Treatment Plans

Alcohol or drug addiction treatment

Appointments solely for the purpose of a report e.g. DSP applications (apart from reports as part of our autism assessment service)

5. Fees and Payment
Fees for services are outlined on the website, please read these prior to your appointment. Payment is required at the time of service for therapy, and before the session for assessment. We accept payment via Stripe, which is integrated with our scheduling software, and will complete health insurance claims where applicable. If you have booked a therapy appointment, your bank card payment details will be taken via Consent Form after booking an appointment, and session fees will be automatically deducted following your appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointment times if payment is not made, or card details are not provided. We do not have capacity to provide bulk billed services at this time.

6. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 1 business day's notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 1 business day before your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled session cost.

No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee.

7. Arriving Late
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the schedule of other clients. The full session fee will still apply.

8. Emergency Situations
Our clinic is not equipped to handle emergencies. If you are in crisis or need immediate support, please contact emergency services or go to your nearest hospital. Due to the online nature of our clinic, we are not suited to clients who are actively experiencing suicidal ideation or at risk to themselves or others.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will signify your acceptance of those changes.
