Can I use my report to apply for NDIS?If you intend to apply for NDIS funding, we suggest you see a 'clinical psychologist' for your assessment. Esther is a 'registered psychologist', and although assessments with her are a formal diagnostic process, the NDIS requires reports to be signed by a clinical psychologist to be considered valid in the application process.

What is your payment policy? When booking an adult autism assessment session, the system will require a deposit to secure your timeslot. This is through a secure online software (Stripe). We ask that you make the full payment at least 48 hours before your assessment session, otherwise, we will reschedule. If you change your mind about the assessment and no longer wish to go ahead, please just email at least one week before your session, and I will refund your deposit. When booking therapy sessions, we ask that card payment details are provided before your first session, and your payment will automatically occur after the session. Our software, Zanda does not store client credit card details. All credit card information will be stored by Stripe. Stripe encrypts all card numbers on disk with AES-256 encryption and stores decryption keys on separate machines. Stripe is certified as a PCI Service Provider – Level 1, which is the highest level of certification available as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. You can read more about Stripe's security here. We accept Mental Healthcare Treatment Plans, NDIS Self-Managed Clients, and Privately Paying clients. We are sorry but we do not have the capacity for bulk billing at this time.
